Fire Districts Fail to File Tax Cap Data with State

Malgieri - Cara Matthews reports today in the on-line edition of the Rochester Democrat & Chronicle that more than 56 percent of the fire districts in the State of New York failed to file by the November 4th deadline with the State Comptroller the data required under the recently enacted real property tax levy limit law. There are 882 fire districts in the state.
